Selection Criteria:
- A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated ability and expertise to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the underlying duress technology and message integration systems within a large complex organisation across multiple providers including cloud-based technologies.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of server and network technologies including WiFi and various network protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement detailed support processes and reporting.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical skills and the ability to develop new or revised approaches to the assessment, development and implementation of information technology systems.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet time frames required by Information Services Unit business drivers.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
