In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Champion leadership and culture, ensuring safe, high-quality care for patients and staff.

  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new systems and policies.
  • Great active listening and communication skills to build trust and strong relationships with a diverse range stakeholders, including people managers, employees and other People and Culture teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset to apply fair and just but practical HR solutions for complex workforce challenges.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

  1. Can you describe a time when you provided senior clinical leadership—managing staff, driving service improvements, and fostering a culture of openness, reflection, and continuous improvement? How did you balance competing priorities while ensuring patient safety, staff engagement, and high-quality outcomes?

  2. How have you influenced strategic direction across a clinical stream—such as developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines, monitoring performance, incorporating emerging trends, and contributing to organisational strategic planning? What approaches did you use to consult, negotiate, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders?
