South West Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) is seeking a dynamic Clinical Manager of Internal Medicine to join our Operations and Performance leadership team. - The ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new systems and policies.
- Great active listening and communication skills to build trust and strong relationships with a diverse range stakeholders, including people managers, employees and other People and Culture teams.
- A problem-solving mindset to apply fair and just but practical HR solutions for complex workforce challenges.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across our District.
Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
