About the role
We are seeking Speech Pathologist’s to join our dynamic and well-established speech pathology team at Orange Health Service. These are paediatric positions which will see the successful applicants working across preschool, school and community health settings.
The Speech Pathologists will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to paediatrics. The position plays a key role in supporting individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
In this role, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with communication and feeding difficulties. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other health professionals to support children in achieving their communication and developmental goals.
Working within an integrated allied health team, the role provides opportunities for collaboration and shared learning across disciplines and client populations. The Speech Pathologist contributes to the delivery of safe, person-centred care by applying current clinical knowledge, professional standards, and organisational values in all aspects of practice.
These positions are suited to clinicians who value variety, adaptability, and teamwork. The caseload offers opportunities to develop and refine a broad clinical skill set, supported by regular supervision, mentoring, and professional development pathways. The roles require flexibility to balance competing service priorities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment where all team members are co-located and contribute to a cohesive, supportive workplace culture.
