Remuneration: $73,427 – $104,753 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)
Location: Westmead Hospital

 

Where you'll be working 
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. Essential Criteria:

·         Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

·         Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia   

 

Selection Criteria:

1.     Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired swallowing disorders, and experience in the administration of objective swallowing assessment procedures.

2.     Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired communication impairments.

3.     Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

4.     Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.

5.     Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of Evidence Based Practice, commitment to professional development and experience in quality management or research.

6.     Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia
