Cardiac Technologist Grade 2: $53.28 – $58.96 per hour
Radiographer Level 3 Grade 3: $77.10 per hour

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sonographer to join our Perinatal Ultrasound unit, a tertiary level referral centre for obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound services.
In this role, you will perform examinations in line with current guidelines and maintain professional and compassionate interaction with patients, their families and staff members. You will also contribute to the department by being actively involved in teaching students and participating in research projects. What you will bring to the role
- Possess the following qualifications and registrations: Cardiac technologist: Recognised sonography qualification and current registration with ASAR. Radiographer: 1. A Degree in Medical Radiation Science in Diagnostic Radiography and a recognised sonography qualification 2. Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner. 3. I14 Radiation Licence from NSW EPA. 4. Registration with ASAR
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience in obstetric ultrasound across a range of examinations.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a high level of communication, written and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums including the ability to effectively engage with a multidisciplinary team at all levels of the organisation. Interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills and be able to lead change.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, instruct and trainee sonographers and medical staff.
- Demonstrated well-developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to personal Continual Professional Development
