Cardiac Technologist Grade 2: $53.28 – $58.96 per hour
Radiographer Level 3 Grade 3: $77.10 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sonographer to join our Perinatal Ultrasound team, a tertiary referral centre for Obstetric and Gynaecological ultrasound services.
The Senior Sonographer will perform advanced obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound examinations in accordance with current professional guidelines, delivering high-quality diagnostic services to a diverse and complex referral base. As a senior member of the team, the Senior Sonographer will also contribute to the teaching and mentoring of students and actively participate in departmental research initiatives, helping to advance clinical practice and innovation.

What you will bring to the role
- Qualifications in ultrasound and accreditation as a Sonographer with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
- For dual qualified Radiographer/Sonographer, must also have a Degree in Medical Radiation Science in Diagnostic Radiography, Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner, and a valid I14 Radiation Licence from NSW EPA.
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical experience in obstetric ultrasound across a range of examinations.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a high level of communication, written and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums including the ability to effectively engage with a multidisciplinary team at all levels of the organisation. Interpersonal, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills and be able to lead change.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, instruct and trainee sonographers and medical staff.
- Demonstrated well-developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to personal Continual Professional Development
