About the Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager of our eHealth Critical Infrastructure Refresh Program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare delivering key infrastructure that supports our customers state-wide.

This role offers the opportunity to leverage skills and expertise to deliver a rapid access and authentication platform for the new Single Digital Patient Record system being implemented across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

•    Plan and schedule the rollout by developing clear delivery plans that sequence technical, clinical, and operational activities to align Imprivata implementation with SDPR onboarding.
•    Manage vendor and coordinate activities with internal technology partners, ensuring deliverables and integrations are delivered to plan.
•    Lead stakeholder engagement by working closely with NSW Health agencies, clinical teams, ICT groups, and program leadership to align expectations.
•    Manage risks, issues, and escalations by identifying challenges early, maintaining strong governance, and coordinating responses across technical, clinical, and vendor teams.
•    Support service design and establishment by defining the support model for Rapid Access and Authentication, including incident pathways, monitoring, documentation, and service ownership.
•    Ensure smooth operational handover by ensuring that BAU teams are skilled and ready to support the platform post hypercare.

About You:

•    Possess a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK, demonstrating a strong foundation in structured delivery, governance, and best‑practice methodologies.
•    Proven experience in delivering projects within large, complex government organisations, with the ability to navigate federated structures, competing priorities, and multi‑layered stakeholder environments.
•    Ideally has an understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
•    Has a solid background in delivering End User Computing projects, including device deployment, workstation upgrades, authentication solutions, and user‑centric technology rollouts in operational environments.
•    Ideally has experience establishing new services, including defining support models, operational processes, service ownership, and transition‑to‑BAU frameworks to ensure long‑term sustainability.
