What you'll be doing
As Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Lead, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across wards and units, ensuring safe, high-quality medication management. You’ll lead and mentor pharmacists, oversee training programs, and champion continuous improvement in clinical practice.
Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy care in line with professional standards
Lead and manage a team of clinical pharmacists within your portfolio
Oversee staff development, training, and performance reviews
Drive quality assurance and compliance with NSW Health and national standards
Initiate and collaborate on clinical research projects

Essential Requirements
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 3 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical pharmacy practice
Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice.
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in staff supervision and training.
Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters
