About the Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Staff Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will focus on the strategic and operational management of WHS, injury management, staff health and staff wellbeing. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure compliance, strengthen systems and drive continuous improvement.
As the Senior Manager, Staff Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for:
Driving a proactive safety culture through prevention and early intervention
Empowering and mentoring a passionate and dedicated team
Leading wellbeing strategies designed to support staff physical, psychological and social wellbeing
Providing expert advice to Executive and Senior stakeholders
Leading responses to serious incidents and SafeWork matters

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (WHS, injury management, human resources) and/or equivalent extensive experience in leading health and safety functions in a large and complex working environment.
Strong ability to influence and drive change at a senior level
Proven track record delivering strategic outcomes in complex environments
Resilience, adaptability and be solutions-focused
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
