About the Opportunity

In this role within the Respect at Work function, you will play a vital part in managing complex and sensitive conduct matters, supporting the organisation to respond appropriately and consistently. You will lead or review internal investigations, provide expert advice to managers, and contribute to strengthening systems and practices that promote safe, respectful and complaint‑free workplaces.

You will oversee a diverse and challenging caseload of conduct and probity matters, deliver training, and offer specialist, trauma‑informed guidance to ensure responses are procedurally fair and aligned with organisational expectations. This is a key opportunity to influence culture, support safe working environments, and enhance professional conduct across NSW Ambulance.

This is a temporary full time position for a period up to 12 months with possible extension.

About You

Additional Information

Conditions

  • There is no entitlement to Transferred Employees Benefit (TEB) or travel allowance associated with this opportunity.
  • No NSW Ambulance accommodation is provided.
  • Employee’s currently undertaking an Extended Care Paramedic or Intensive Care Paramedic consolidation periods are eligible to apply however will need to complete all training and return of service obligations before accepting any relief/acting opportunities.
  • Employee’s currently undertaking a Special Operations Team (SOT) consolidation period are not eligible to apply for positions other than SOT positions. This includes positions offered via merit selection, transfer lists or later transfer mechanism, expressions of interest or secondments.
