Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related discipline supported by demonstrated and extensive experience in a like role with a diverse government or commercial environment. Current member of relevant Professional Accounting body (CA/CPA/CIMA).
- Describe a time when you developed and implemented a strategic procurement or supply initiative within a complex organisation.What was your approach, what challenges did you face, and what measurable outcomes were achieved?
- This role works closely with senior clinical, corporate, and executive stakeholders.Provide an example of how you have successfully influenced diverse or competing stakeholder groups to achieve a shared outcome.
- Strong governance and probity are essential in public sector procurement.Outline your experience ensuring compliance, managing risk, and maintaining transparency in procurement or contract management activities.
- The role requires leading teams and supporting change across the organisation.Explain how you have led a team through change, improved ways of working, or delivered efficiencies while maintaining staff engagement and performance.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
