About the Opportunity
As a Senior Digital Content Manager within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will provide leadership, governance oversight and operational management of digital learning resources within the SDPR Clinical Training Team. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining digital training resources and the governance and maintenance processes that underpin statewide SDPR training delivery.

The Senior Digital Content Manager leads the Digital Content team, ensuring the structured design, development, publication and ongoing maintenance of digital training resources including multimedia products, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and SharePoint-hosted content (SOURCE).

In this role, you will:

  • Manage governance and lifecycle processes for digital content across SOURCE (SDPR Training SharePoint).
  • Supervise the digital content team, including performance management and workload prioritisation.
  • Ensure training resources meet approved templates, branding and accessibility standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital content practices and support the transition to sustainable BAU digital learning services.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience managing digital content environments such as SharePoint or enterprise knowledge management systems.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital content governance.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement and ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments.

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
  • Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
  • Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.
