About the Opportunity
As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will provide high ‑ level analytical, reporting and insights capability to the SDPRIA Training Team. The role is responsible for reviewing, compiling and delivering actionable training data, converting complex datasets into clear dashboards, visualisations and executive ‑ ready insights that support program decision ‑ making and operational readiness.
Operating with minimal oversight, the role is self ‑ directed, able to move between multiple high ‑ priority projects, and interprets cross ‑ functional impacts on KPIs, training quality, demand forecasting and delivery performance within a rapidly evolving training ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Lead training reporting improvements to ensure accurate, reliable and timely data insights.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and operational capability gaps.
- Design dashboards and automated reporting solutions to support statewide training readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen data governance and drive informed decision-making.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in data analytics, reporting and KPI management within complex operational environments.
- Strong capability in developing dashboards and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
