Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator

1. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to improve team coordination, productivity and compliance
2. Demonstrated understanding of the evolving clinical trials landscape, the impact this has on strategic and operational aspects of trials, and the ability to implement useful processes and procedures in response to the evolving requirements.
3. Demonstrated experience in establishing and executing clinical trials to the highest ethical and scientific standards.
4. Demonstrated experience in budget and contract review, and negotiation and for ensuring targets are met.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex and diverse problems and apply a range of options to develop solutions.
7. Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice, regulatory, ethical, privacy and other relevant guidelines.
8. Proficient and responsive computer literacy ability. An understanding of, or willingness and ability to learn, NSW Health and HNE Health applications and systems is desirable.
