The Rehabilitation Program Manager will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team, championing a transformative recovery-focused service that sets the standard for excellence Through fostering an engaging and holistic environment, the role empowers consumers to lead vibrant, fulfilling lives. By cultivating strong partnerships across team members and stakeholders, the manager ensures a collaborative approach to achieving individual recovery goals.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the specified area and current AHPRA registration, or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Senior Psychologist must have completed no less than 12 months service at the 9th year of service as a Psychologist. Allied Health Professionals require experience at a minimum of level 2.
- Passion for consumer-led recovery principles, experience in change management, and dedication to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring service outcomes and actively responding to feedback from stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop local processes and accountability measures that elevate service delivery while promoting consumer involvement through co-design principles.
