Here, nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, HealthShare and Security staff work side by side, supporting each other while delivering holistic care to every patient. Together, we take a planned and coordinated approach that not only guides patients through their rehabilitation journey but also helps them regain independence and reconnect with their community.
About the Role
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for up to 16 patients, as well as supporting outpatient and hydrotherapy programs.
- Act as the key clinical leader on shift, working closely with EENs and AINs, and taking charge of the facility after hours.
- Shifts include:
- Morning: 07:00 - 15:30
- Afternoon: 13:00 - 21:30
- Night: 21:00 - 07:30
- Morning: 07:00 - 15:30

About You
We are seeking passionate and motivated Registered Nurses who are committed to rehabilitation nursing. You will:
- Work collaboratively with patients and families to establish and achieve individual rehabilitation goals.
- Have recent experience in an acute or subacute hospital setting.
- Demonstrate clinical skills in care planning, medication management, wound care, documentation and reporting, and patient safety (falls prevention, manual handling, pressure injury management).
- Be a strong communicator and team player who values person-centred care.
