What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-informed, person-centred care while working collaboratively with patients, families and the wider healthcare team.
· Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to achieve optimal outcomes
· Deliver safe, timely and culturally appropriate care across a range of health needs
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and utilise patient records effectively
· Support and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and students
· Contribute to continuous improvement, evidence-based practice and team collaboration

Essential Criteria:
· Registration: Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Selection Criteria:
1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
3. Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values
4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
5. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues
6. Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
7. Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.
