This is an NSW Health Category A position. For more information, please refer to the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases policy.  

If you have any current evidence of vaccination against these, upload them with your application. Your current vaccination status will not impact your application. If you are the preferred candidate, you will be responsible for covering the costs of any remaining vaccination requirements. The Staff Health Team will access your Australian Immunisation Register record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
