What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective midwifery care that reflects current standards of midwifery practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You hold current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
You demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and competency in the delivery of midwifery care within an acute hospital environment.
You bring proven clinical problem‑solving abilities that support safe, effective and high‑quality patient care.
You communicate with clarity and professionalism, using information technology alongside well‑developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
You are able to plan, coordinate and deliver midwifery care within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to outcome‑focused and evidence‑based practice.
You are committed to participating in a seven‑day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty, ensuring continuity of care for women and their families.
