About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll be a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across your portfolio, supporting them throughout their recruitment journey whether that's end-to-end recruitment, short-term appointments, or providing tailored recruitment advice. Your advisory skills, policy knowledge, and ability to guide others through the recruitment process will be central to your success. You'll support multiple managers at once, so staying organised and knowing exactly where each process is up to will become second nature.

This is a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines, so composure, resilience, and the ability to work confidently under pressure are essential. Our portfolios can shift based on business needs, so being adaptable and responding positively to change will help you thrive.

The role is highly administrative and requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach. Hiring managers will often seek your support in person, so being present and available during core business hours is important. It's a busy role with limited downtime, but also one where you can make a real impact.

A positive attitude, motivation, and drive are key. End-to-end recruitment experience particularly within the public sector is highly regarded. You'll be joining a small, supportive team where collaboration and the right mindset matter just as much as technical skill.

Question 2: Describe a time when you were required to work independently while also building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. What strategies did you use to establish and maintain those relationships, and how did those relationships support you in achieving a successful outcome in your role?
