Remuneration: $83,554.59 - $85,530.07 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Location: Negotiable across the District for the successful applicant, based within an MLHD site.

About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a central role in delivering streamlined, end-to-end recruitment services within an assigned portfolio, supporting hiring managers and candidates across the District. Portfolios include Nursing & Midwifery, Mental Health - Drug and Alcohol, Allied Health, and Corporate - Non-Clinical & Projects. You’ll engage with stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to NSW Health policy, Awards, and legislative requirements.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment services from job advertisement through to candidate commencement, within agreed timeframes.
• Provide timely advice and support to hiring managers and candidates, interpreting and applying relevant policies, procedures, Awards and legislation.
• Engage with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide advice that achieves effective recruitment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, tracking documents, reports and candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to the development and review of recruitment procedures, policies and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging job advertisements and use advertising platforms effectively to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding by auditing documentation and liaising with stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment episodes and escalate risks, challenges or delays to the Recruitment Business Partner.
• Promote diversity, inclusion and equitable hiring practices throughout all recruitment processes.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
• Bring demonstrated experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes — job advertising, candidate engagement and onboarding — within a large and complex organisation.
• Have sound knowledge of employment policies, procedures, Awards and legislation, with the ability to interpret and advise stakeholders.
• Demonstrate highly developed organisational skills, including managing records, tracking progress and preparing reports.
• Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and candidates to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying risks and contributing to process improvements.
• Be proficient using IT systems, including recruitment platforms, HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate a genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and equitable recruitment practices.
