Remuneration: $87,813.00 - $116,262.19 per annum (+ super + 17.5% leave loading)

Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join Recruitment Services in this temporary role, supporting the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services.
About the Opportunity
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will work in close partnership with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, provide expert advice, and deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
You will play a key role in strengthening recruitment outcomes across the District, contributing to improved candidate experience and consistent recruitment practices.
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment activity across a defined portfolio, ensuring a positive candidate experience from job briefing to commencement
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide practical, solutions-focused recruitment advice
Providing day-to-day leadership and support to recruitment staff, promoting collaboration, capability development and consistent service delivery
Implementing targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse and suitably skilled candidates
Developing high-quality job advertisements and supporting digital and social recruitment activity aligned with contemporary recruitment practices
Ensuring recruitment activity complies with relevant policies, Awards and legislative requirements, while supporting diversity, equity and inclusion
Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, stakeholder engagement and service outcomes

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience delivering recruitment or talent acquisition services within a complex or high-volume environment
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leaders
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
A commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and continuous improvement
