  1. Degree in Medical Radiation Science from a recognised University or qualification deemed appropriate by AHPRA Medical Radiation Practitioner Board to be equivalent is essential, as well as a recognised post graduate diploma in Medical Sonography.
  2. Holds a current and valid AHPRA Registration, NSW EPA Radiation Licence and registration with ASAR.
  3. Demonstrated experience and clinical knowledge in General Radiography and Ultrasound.
  4. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with hospital staff, private referrers, patients and carers.
  5. Proven knowledge of a majority of current ultrasound examinations.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
