About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Radiographer to join our Radiology team at Griffith Base Hospital. At Griffith we offer a range of Diagnostic Imaging services including CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and general X-ray.
As the Level 3 Radiographer, your responsibilities may include:
Performing a wide range of Medical Imaging examinations in adherence to the protocols and procedures
Ensuring appropriate identification of patients and examinations in accordance with NSW Health Clinical Procedure Safety policy
Providing and manage a safe environment for all patients, staff and the public.
Assisting with both inpatient and outpatient scans, ensuring to manage competing demands through prioritisation of workload
Maintaining accurate patient details and examination information on the RIS/ PACS systems
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
Position Classification: Radiographer – Level 3, Grade 1
Remuneration: $116,908.17 - $120,688.51 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours Per Week: up to 14

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Current AHPRA registration under the Medical Radiation Practice Board Registry
Current NSW EPA Radiation Licence
Good time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and accurate use of Medical Imaging technology.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision using sound initiative and problem solving skills.
