About the role

As a Project Support Officer, Program Delivery and Implementation you will be part of a team that provides an organisation wide perspective to align interconnected strategic financial projects, prevent duplication and inefficiencies, and optimise resource allocation. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Local Health Districts, pillars and Ministry teams, building strong relationships and work with them to support system-wide initiatives. You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and project support activities to facilitate effective operation of the Program Delivery and Implementation team.
Health Manager Level 1 starting salary from $87,813- $116,824 plus Super, with a 38-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
- Provide a range of program support activities including maintaining documentation, and knowledge and records management.
- Contribute to the development and update of project and program documents (such as project plans) under the guidance of project managers.
- Assist in the completion of various projects relevant to the transformation and system-wide improvement programs of work.
- Research and analyse options about project deliverables to guide optimal decision making.
- Work across the division to enable collaboration and information sharing on transformation and system-wide improvement programs of work.
About you
