The Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) has been established to coordinate the implementation of the SDPR across NSW Health.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work within the SDPRIA.

Reporting into Associate Director, Technology Delivery you will be responsible for providing a broad range of project and administrative services to support the Single Digital Patient Record program of work. This role will engage with key stakeholders and support priority projects and partnership meeting forums to enable efficient day to day operational excellence in clinical engagement.

 In this role, you will:

  • Manage project documentation—including reports, briefs, and registers—to support governance, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, working groups, and committees to ensure effective information flow and smooth project progress.
  • Support project and program reporting, working with workstreams to meet governance and quality requirements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer‑focused environment by balancing priorities, building productive relationships, and providing operational flexibility, including shift work when required.

 About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings strong experience coordinating large and complex ICT/digital projects, with the ability to manage schedules, risks, and issues confidently.
  • Maintains high‑quality project documentation, ensuring clear reporting, governance alignment, and accessibility of information.
  • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders, committees, and workstreams, ensuring smooth communication and timely project outcomes.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments, balancing competing priorities with a customer‑focused and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Contributes to a positive, collaborative team culture, showing flexibility and professionalism, including willingness to support shift‑based operational needs when required.

You will succeed in this role if you:

  • Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
  • Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
  • Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.
