This is an exciting time for Western Sydney Local Health District -Integrated & Community Health, and we are looking for adaptable, motivated, and resilient people to join our growing team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person in the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare-related projects to work in the role of Out of Hospital Carer Project Officer. As a member of the Integration and Transformation Team and Project Officer, you will be required to support the delivery and monitoring of the Out of Hospital Care Project.

Essential Criteria:

·       License: Current NSW drivers licence. 

 

Selection Criteria: 

1.     Demonstrated understanding of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, the NSW Health system, including its structure, operations, and policy priorities.

2.     Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in a comparable health or project-related environment.

3.     Proven experience in project management, including scheduling deliverables, planning resources, and supporting the delivery of project objectives within scope and timelines.

4.     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information, prepare clear written reports and correspondence, and develop creative, business-focused solutions.

5.     Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments and a proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a stakeholder-focused approach.

6.     Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit a range of audiences.

7.     Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

8.     Proven ability to respond flexibly and effectively to changing circumstances, emerging issues, and unforeseen challenges in a dynamic project environment.
