- Tertiary qualifications in a clinical or health management discipline and/or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project management ensuring coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of optimal performance within an environment of conflicting priorities and tight timeframes.
- Excellent written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills across a variety of levels and settings and an ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily work, including effectively managing competing priorities.
- Experience with complex planning tasks, and the ability to ensure coordination of diverse inputs towards the achievement of project deliverables.
- High level of computer literacy including the use of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to confidently use health information systems.
