About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change by effectively planning, delivering and overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, including development, implementation, performance improvement, monitoring and evaluation
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex, multi‑source information, apply sound independent judgement in a dynamic interagency policy environment, and prepare clear, high‑quality analysis and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, resolve challenges and deliver innovative, business‑focused solutions, supported by strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a strong team culture, collaborative approach to achieving deliverables and working effectively in high performing teams and organisation.
