About this role
The Principal Project Officer manages the development and evaluation of best practice policies, programs, projects and activities to meet the strategic and business improvement objectives of the HPCA and Councils. The role provides expert advice, formulates strategic and innovative solutions and oversees the development, progress and evaluation of projects including business and process improvement projects and risk management activities to enhance the HPCA’s and Councils’ achievement of statutory functions and objectives. This role reports into the Director, Legal Governance and Risk.
Crown Clerk 11/12, salary from $ 149,739- $ 173,174 plus super and leave loading

The Health Professional Councils Authority (HPCA) is an executive agency of the NSW Ministry of Health. We play an important role in protecting the health and safety of the public by supporting the 15 NSW Health Professional Councils in managing complaints about NSW health practitioners.
The position is based at the HPCA Pitt Street offices, located only a short walking distance from Central Station and Belmore Park.
