What you'll be doing
Are you a detail driven leader with a passion for governance, quality, and organisational excellence? NSLHD is seeking a skilled Policy & Procedure Manager (PPM) to take ownership of our Controlled Document Management System (Prompt) and champion best practice across our Policies, Procedures and Guidelines (PPGs).

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Briefly describe your qualifications, skills, and experience and how they will assist you to perform the role of the Policy and Procedure Manager.
  2. Describe a time you had to work with a diverse group of stakeholders to develop or implement a policy or procedure. How did you demonstrate collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment throughout the process?
  3. Can you describe a time when you had to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail?
