About the Opportunity
Fairfield Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist (Level 3) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across a diverse caseload. This role involves independent clinical decision-making, managing physiotherapy interventions across multiple care settings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
You’ll provide supervision to staff and students, delegate appropriately to Allied Health Assistants, and ensure all care is delivered in line with professional standards, documentation requirements, and patient goals. You’ll actively contribute to service improvement through
education, research, and quality initiatives, while continuing to grow your clinical expertise in specialist areas.

What you'll be doing
This position is responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy services. This includes service development and evaluation and advanced reasoning and clinical practice skills in the management of clients of a novel or complex nature. This position is responsible for the supervision, teaching and training of Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, AHAs and students.

- Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
- Please elaborate on how your skills and experiences align with the role requirements and highlight what you will bring to add value to the Physiotherapy department, in particular the Cardiorespiratory area.
- Please demonstrate relevant clinical experience in management of complex physiotherapy caseload.
