About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this crucial role to provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to support management of patient health and promote wellness. Based at Junee MPS just to 25 minutes away from Wagga Wagga you will work in a diverse multidisciplinary team to service our community.

As the Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention and education using evidence-based practice.

  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans in collaboration with senior clinicians where appropriate.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and support safe, timely discharge planning.

  • Deliver care in line with professional, organisational, legal and ethical standards, including MLHD CORE values.

  • Demonstrate cultural competence and commitment to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people and culturally diverse communities.

  • Work independently within scope of practice while seeking supervision and support as required.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  1. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration

  2. Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering patient-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy services across diverse clinical settings

  3. Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities

  4. Commitment to professional development, continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

  5. Current Class C Driver Licence with willingness to travel as required for the role
