Pharmacy Assistant (Gde 1-2): $64364.35 - $70152.52 per year + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging
Pharmacy Technician (Gde 1-2): $68584.56 - $81881.74 per year + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Must hold appropriate qualification as per the Health Employees' (State) Award for the following classifications:
    • Pharmacy Assistant Grade 1 - no formal qualifications required.
    • Pharmacy Assistant Grade 2 - holds a qualification in a relevant field up to the level of Certification III in Community Pharmacy.
    • Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 - holds a qualification in a relevant field up to the level of Certification III in Hospital and Community Pharmacy.
    • Pharmacy Technician Grade 2 - holds a qualification in Certificate IV in Hospital Pharmacy.
  • Please explain how your skills and experience would contribute to the Pharmacy technician/assistant position at Liverpool Hospital?
