  • Pharmacy Assist Gde 1: $33.76 - $35.97 per hour 

     
  • Pharmacy Assist Gde 2: $35.97 - $36.80 per hour  

     
  • Pharmacy Tech Gde 1: $35.97 - $38.43 per hour 

     
  • Pharmacy Tech Gde 2: $39.22 - $42.99 per hour 
 

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

You will work as part of a team across a range of areas, including stores, dispensing, and distribution, supporting the needs of patients throughout Liverpool Hospital. Your contribution will have a significant impact, as there are many important tasks to be completed across the hospital. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build your skills, work collaboratively with others, and contribute to the delivery of safe and efficient patient care.

  • Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Are a quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes 
  • Demonstrate flexibility and are willing to take on a variety of roles and tasks 
  • Have experience in dispensing, distribution, medication review, and prepacking activities within a pharmacy setting. 
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Must hold appropriate qualification as per the Health Employees' (State) Award for the following classifications:- Pharmacy Assistant Grade 1 - no formal qualifications required- Pharmacy Assistant Grade 2 - holds a qualification in a relevant field up to the level of Certification III in Community Pharmacy- Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 - holds a qualification in a relevant field up to the level of Certification III in Hospital and Community Pharmacy- Pharmacy Technician Grade 2 - holds a qualification in Certificate IV in Hospital Pharmacy
  • What is your experience in hospital or community pharmacy ? How can you help to support our patients here at Liverpool Hospital ?
  • Provide an example of Demonstrated competency in performing complex tasks in specialised areas of hospital/community pharmacy practice.
  • What is your experience with information technology and familiar with the use of pharmacy software e.g. iPharmacy system?
