What you'll be doing
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Pharmacist, with postgraduate qualifications relevant to hospital pharmacy practice desirable.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in clinical pharmacy with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills and proven capacity to work as a team member.
- Proven organisational and time management skills and with the ability to prioritise according to organisational needs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change.
- Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
