About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced P&C Business Partner, within the Operations & Culture Directorate at the Mental Health Commission of NSW. This position makes a meaningful impact by partnering with the organisation to shape workforce strategy, support people matters and drive a culture of engagement and excellence. The successful candidate will provide general HR advice, analyse and report on HR metrics and be a first point of contact for all things P&C at the Commission.

  • Permanent full-time role based in the Sydney CBD
  • Clerk Grade 7/8 with a salary range of $113,574 - $125,720 per annum plus superannuation
  • Hybrid work with onsite requirements of 2-3 days per week

About you
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant P&C experience, preferably in a government setting
  • Has worked across the full employment lifecycle
  • Has strong attention to detail and can write well-structured and concise reports
  • Resilient during change and approaches new territory with an open and curious mind
  • Is highly organised and a whiz with technology and systems, such as excel or TRIM
