- Health related tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive health experience in a Quality and Safety Management, Senior Project Management or Senior Management role.
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS} Standards and requirements for implementation, including risk management and mitigation approaches, and evidence development.
- Extensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability to provide leadership to implement quality and safety/ clinical governance strategies and accreditation requirements for the organisation.
- Extensive experience in providing high level leadership and strategic advice on quality and clinical safety programs and development of policies, procedure and guidelines. Understanding and proven ability to affect change utilising change management skills.
