The role
As an Organisational Development Consultant, you will be part of a small credible team working to advance the desired workplace culture across the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.  


The mandate of your role aligns with the 2023-27 SCHN Strategic Plan Objective 4. We Value Our People and the 2025-2027 Organisational Improvement Plan.  Specifically, you will have the opportunity to consult, advise, contribute to and lead programs of work across a range of initiatives including embedding culture through values and behaviours, driving recognition, supporting management capability and importantly building employee engagement that will ultimately drive  organisational change and a lead to a positive workplace culture.

About you        
The ideal candidate will be a people-focused professional who is engaging, resilient, hands-on and able to cope with ambiguity in a complex matrix environment.  With strong interpersonal skills you are able to quickly establish credibility and influence senior stakeholders up to executive level.  

You are an integral team player with the tenacity to lead projects to successful outcomes and possess a combination of sound conceptual analytical skills with creativity and innovation.  You embody Organisational Development (OD) thinking. Experience in OD, change management, learning and development, and/or human resources is essential.  

A background in Health is not necessary as you will be thoroughly supported.
