Join the dedicated team at the New England Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (NEBIRS), based on the grounds of Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital in the vibrant regional city of Tamworth.

About the role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with strong case management skills to join a specialist multidisciplinary rehabilitation team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults living with brain injury.
Working within a community-based rehabilitation model, you will provide and coordinate occupational therapy and case management interventions to clients across the northern region of Hunter New England Local Health District. The role also includes involvement with the Transitional Living Unit, supporting clients to build independence, confidence, and functional capacity in everyday life.
You will collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to develop rehabilitation plans, coordinate care, assess risks, and help clients achieve meaningful recovery goals.
