About the role:

Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist Level 1-2 to join the team at Corowa Health Service.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing patient-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services

  • Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to optimize functional outcomes

  • Assessment, treatment planning, intervention delivery

  • Supervising students and assistants, with opportunities for service development and quality improvement activities.

  • Services may include weekends, outreach, and virtual care delivery across the LHD and cluster sites.

 

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Clinical experience and ability to provide evidence-based OT services across diverse clinical areas

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • Problem-solving skills with ability to set priorities and develop solutions

  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement

  • Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

  • Willingness to travel for work purposes

To be eligible you must hold:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

  • Current AHPRA registration

  • Current Class C Driver's Licence

  • NSW Working with Children Check

  • National Police Check

  • Vaccination Category A compliance
