Nursing Unit Manager
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) AND Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment within mental health setting and the ability to lead high quality services within effective and efficient management strategies and change management skills.
Demonstrated experience managing acute complex and challenging clinical behaviours within a consumer centred, recovery focused framework.
