An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated nurse to step into the Nurse Unit Manager 2 role, as maternity leave relief for 12 months. Wade Ward provides care for young people aged 12–18 years with a range of medical, surgical, and mental health conditions. We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who brings energy, initiative, and a strong clinical foundation to this rewarding position. As NUM, you will lead and support a committed multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality inpatient care to young people and their families. You will be supported by an established leadership framework and a collaborative network that encourages professional growth and development. - Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.

- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative and self-directed related to clinical practice.
