- You hold current AHPRA Division 1 Registered Nurse registration, with relevant tertiary qualifications in health management—or actively working towards them—and recent experience in nursing management within an acute care setting.
- You have proven ability to navigate contemporary health service challenges with strong skills in leading and managing change effectively.
- You are experienced in efficiently managing nursing and/or midwifery teams within complex healthcare environments, ensuring optimal workforce performance and patient care.
