About the role
A great opportunity has become available for a temporary full time Nurse Manager at our Oberon Multi purpose Health Service.
Are you an experienced nurse that wants to take the next step in their management career?
You will have recent experience working in a Multipurpose service, including Residential Aged Care, Emergency (must be ALS1, triage competent) and Primary Health Care.
The successful applicant will bring extensive relevant post registration nursing experience and relevant post graduate qualifications in management (or willingness to commence within 12 months of appointment).
The position is split with management and clinical work, is on a rotating roster and you would be expected to work weekends and after hours at times.
You will have strong leadership and management skills and the ability to work independently.
The position is well supported by Nurse educators and an onsite Health Service Manager.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team in a rural facility, living in a community where you are making a difference.
