The Role
In this leadership role, you will manage the Public Sexual Health Nursing team, providing professional direction, coordination, and support to ensure the delivery of cohesive, evidence-based care. You’ll lead the development, implementation and evaluation of population health strategies aligned with NSW Health and JHFMHN priorities, including hepatitis C elimination and sexual health promotion.
You will apply your strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills to drive service improvements, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and establish effective systems for communication, audit, and data-driven decision-making. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with senior management, clinicians, and partner organisations to influence service development and support sustainable change.

Your Experience
We are looking for a qualified health care professional with:
- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Tertiary qualifications in health management/leadership OR working towards same AND/OR extensive operational management knowledge and skills in a relevant setting.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
