- Highly developed interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Highly professional phone manner and ability to be able to appropriately respond to callers who may be experiencing high levels of distress or anxiety.
- Well-developed computer skills including demonstrated ability and proven track-record in in data entry and maintaining of databases. Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience or willingness to learn new information systems including: Cerner/eMR, Winc., Oracle, Health Roster, ROB.
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills with the capacity to produce reports and prepare technical documents with accuracy and clarity.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality, professional and consumer focused service.
