Music Therapist, Level 1/2 - ESMHS
Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and must be eligible to apply for accreditation as a Registered Music Therapist with the Australian Music Therapy Association and demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.
- Demonstrated core competency skills in music therapy supporting consumers with mental health concerns.
- Demonstrated high level written, verbal and interpersonal skills, to both engage patients/clients and work effectively with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent professional judgement in the provision of clinical care using evidence based practice, commensurate with years of experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to the use and application of professional and clinical digital technologies.
- Demonstrated participation or leadership in quality improvement processes and teaching, commensurate with years of experience.
- Ability to respond to the demands and pressures of the role while managing time effectively.
- Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
