Our team delivers high-quality, responsive mental health care to consumers across the Sutherland catchment area and those presenting to the Emergency Department at Sutherland Hospital.
This dynamic and rewarding role is ideal for a motivated clinician eager to further develop specialist skills, gain valuable acute care experience, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in mental health care.

You will be rostered across a 7-day rotating schedule, covering morning and afternoon shifts.
Your work will include a broad range of specialist interventions such as triage, comprehensive and risk assessments, clinical formulation, safety planning, brief psychoeducation, and collaborative discharge planning. You will also engage in close liaison with consumers, families, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
If you are passionate about acute mental health, thrive in fast-paced environments, and value teamwork and professional growth, we would love to hear from you.
