This is an exciting opportunity to influence workforce culture and organisational effectiveness across a large and complex health environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes for the Western Sydney community.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will lead a high-performing Organisational Development team focused on culture, leadership, engagement and workforce capability.

What you'll be doing
As the Manager, Employee Experience & Culture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across organisational development, workforce culture and employee experience initiatives. Using data-driven insights and contemporary OD practices, you will drive sustainable culture transformation and build organisational capability to support high-quality patient care outcomes.
Lead organisational development, culture and change initiatives across the District
Drive leadership development, talent management and workforce capability strategies
Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions
Oversee diversity, inclusion, engagement and employee lifecycle programs
Manage and develop a team of Organisational Development professionals to deliver strategic outcomes
