Join a progressive and people-focused People & Culture Directorate at Cumberland Hospital within Western Sydney Local Health District. This is an exciting opportunity to influence workforce culture and organisational effectiveness across a large and complex health environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes for the Western Sydney community.

  • Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will lead a high-performing Organisational Development team focused on culture, leadership, engagement and workforce capability.

  • Work within one of NSW’s largest and most diverse health organisations

  • Lead enterprise-wide employee experience and culture initiatives

  • Collaborate with executive leaders to shape organisational strategy

What you'll be doing
As the Manager, Employee Experience & Culture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across organisational development, workforce culture and employee experience initiatives. Using data-driven insights and contemporary OD practices, you will drive sustainable culture transformation and build organisational capability to support high-quality patient care outcomes.

  • Lead organisational development, culture and change initiatives across the District

  • Drive leadership development, talent management and workforce capability strategies

  • Partner with executives and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful people solutions

  • Oversee diversity, inclusion, engagement and employee lifecycle programs

  • Manage and develop a team of Organisational Development professionals to deliver strategic outcomes
